Disney world resort check in process and security?

Anyone know how strict the check in process is at a disney resort hotel? I have 3 kids 10, 6,3 and most of the value hotels (sports, music, movie hotel) only let you book 2 adults and 2 children. I am thinking I can fit us in there to ...
